The Maison & Objet Paris Trade Fair for Professionals

The exclusive and highly regarded Masion & Object Paris trade fair is open to design and fashion professionals. This event features various innovative creations that make up the areas of home, lifestyle, decoration, lighting and textiles. Students from accredited schools are welcome and there is a day care centre in operation, for children aged from 3 to 12. This event will consist of exhibits from international designers and is due to begin on the 5th September, until the 9th. If you are a collector of antique or contemporary art, you will love the Biennale de Antiquaires event, at the Grand Palais, from 11th September, until the 29th. Here you'll see notable antique dealers showcasing various items of exceptional quality. These will include artistic works and jewellery too. Displays are thought provoking, inviting spectators to reconsider the various ways in which high end art can be applied to contemporary living and interior design. The free event is open to the public and attracts visitors attending the Maison & Object trade fair.

Fashion Cars and Style at the Paris Motor Show 2014

The Paris Motor Show 2014 and exhibition, Automobiles a Fashion, is a part of the Paris Expo, featuring at the Porte de Versailles. This highly rated exhibition will explore the interweaving of fashion and automobiles, drawing attention to both creations, to ascertain specific parallels and shared themes. Colour, lines, shapes, elegance and craftsmanship, as well as specific moods and trends of eras, will also be examined, to illustrate how they reflect in both fashion and the motor creations.
